Information and purpose

Inquiry fields are used to respond to your request and scope managed hosting or Private Edition implementation. Demo registration fields verify eligibility, provision the sandbox, and send operational email. Marketing email requires separate opt-in.

Abuse protection stores keyed hashes of network prefixes rather than raw addresses. Form information is available to authorized acquisition administrators and operational email providers. Demo registration PII is minimized after sandbox cleanup and records are retained for up to 30 days.

Request access or deletion through contact. Legal and security retention needs may limit deletion. Production hosted-service processing, retention, subprocessors, and support access are governed by the executed agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.
